༺ Overview ༻
- By purchashing/owning artwork/designs by me, you agree that you've read and accepted the entirety of these terms. - Breaking/ignoring these terms may result in blocking/blacklisting. - I can not be responsible for the client's failure to comply with my TOS, alongside with the appropriate and forewarned measure in response.
༺ General ༻
- For crediting, refer to my toyhou.se, ribbunskull.
- I will not accept offers from those who have history with scamming, TOS-breaking, theft, harassment, etc. As well as those who fit in my unwelcome section.
- I retain the rights to reject any offers for any reason, with no need to disclose why.
- I retain the rights to use and post the designs/commissioned artwork on my socials to promote myself as an artist.
- I do not offer files without my watermark.
༺ Payment ༻
- I do not accept payment/monetary offers from those under the age of 18.
- Payment must be upfront and in USD, through Paypal invoice.
༺ Refunds ༻
- If you'd like to ask for a refund, please contact me before anything. Please do not file any chargebacks before contact.
- I can only do full refunds if the commission hasn't been started yet. If the commission has been started, the percentage of the refund will be based on how far the piece was from completion.
༺ 2D Artwork ༻
- Orders are taken though VGen, Toyhou.se, Discord, Bluesky and Instagram DMS.
- Information regarding how to order will always be available in the commission post, wherever it's posted.
༺ Artwork Use ༻
- No commercial use is allowed, unless agreed beforehand.
- Any personal use is allowed, as long as there is credit.
- Do not claim my art as being made by you in any way.
- Do not edit or trace my art under any circumstances.
- Do not remove the watermark.
- Adding effects, cropping for icons and headers and other non-invasive uses are fine, as long as the art itself isn't tampered with.
- Using my artwork towards anything pertaining to cryptocurrency, AI training and NFTs is strictly forbidden.
༺ Turnout ༻
- Turnout time will vary depending on the complexity of the commissioned piece. There'll be an estimated time available given to the client, which is around , but around 1-3 weeks.
- Commissions are taken in a queue list, thus started in the order they were received.
- The client will receive a full res file and a low res file.
༺ Character Design ༻
- Offers are taken mostly through Toyhou.se, but feel free to reach out to me in any of my socials.
- Information regarding offering will always be available in the design's profile or whatever post they're being advertised in.
- Offers that are plainly not the type of payment that I've listed will be ignored.
- Please only offer if you have the means of payment ready. If necessary, I can hold the design for a week (7 days) max. If the hold time exceeds this time and/or no contact is made by then, the design will be back up for offers.
༺ Use of Design ༻
- No commercial use outside of reselling and trading is allowed - unless agreed beforehand.
- Any kind of personal use is allowed.
- Reselling, gifting, trading are all allowed.
- Don't resell the design for a highier price than what you paid for, unless you're counting with the cost of commissioned/added art.
- Don't resell a design you got as a gift, or otherwise given to you for free.
- Making changes to the design is allowed.
- Don't claim the original design as being made by you.
- Don't turn your design into a closed species, and please do not make an original species out of it.
- Changing into/creating species that are 'closed' and 'original' in the sense of personal writing and character lore is okay; as long as it isn't done with the intention of commercializing the original design.
